Halcyon Halcyon is a London creative studio specialising in event design and production, floral design and styling, and wedding planning. We transform spaces into immersive, design-led experiences, from brand events and intimate dinners to expressive floral installations and weddings. EVENT DESIGN & PRODUCTION

We design and produce events and brand experiences for businesses, creative brands and agencies. From product launches, press events and brand activations to corporate events, private parties and immersive installations, we create experiences that people want to be part of. Our services span creative concept development, event design, set design and build, technical production, supplier management and on-site delivery, giving you one calm, creative team from the first idea to the day itself. We work directly with brands and as a creative production partner to agencies.

FLORAL DESIGN & STYLING

As event florists, we bring a contemporary, sculptural approach to flowers and natural materials. We create floral arrangements and large-scale installations for brand events, weddings, photoshoots, retail spaces and window displays. We love deconstructing natural materials and reimagining them into unexpected shapes, textures and forms, treating flowers as an integral part of the wider design.

WEDDING PLANNING

Our approach to wedding planning is personal and design-led, with particular expertise in dry-hire venues that offer the freedom to create something entirely your own. Choose full wedding planning, tailored support for the parts you’d like help with, or on-the-day coordination, and we’ll work closely with you to create a wedding that feels like you. Drawing on our years of experience in event production, we take care of everything from venue sourcing and budget management to supplier coordination, design and logistics, so the day runs smoothly and you can enjoy it.
