As wedding planners and floral designers, we intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year. We believe every couple deserves our full attention, creativity, and heart. This allows us to focus on crafting a wedding that feels deeply personal, filled with thoughtful details and beautiful design. We offer a bespoke wedding planning service tailored to your specific needs. Whether you require full planning, partial support, or on-the-day coordination, our personalised approach ensures your wedding day is a true reflection of you as individuals and as a couple. While we predominantly work as London wedding planners, we are also available throughout the UK and beyond. FULL WEDDING PLANNING
@ 12% of total wedding budget (£7K inc. VAT minimum)
Our full wedding planning service includes, but is not limited to:

• Dedicated wedding planner

• Venue finding and management

• Budget management and negotiation

• Supplier sourcing, management, and negotiation

• Accommodation arrangements for guests, including local area information

• Arranging and attending site visits and menu tastings

• Design and styling, including mood boards and floor plans

• Furniture and prop sourcing

• Technical production oversight

• Catering and entertainment coordination

• Photography and videography coordination

• Timeline and wedding checklist creation

• Regular telephone/video calls to discuss ideas and progress

• Organising the rehearsal

• Onsite meeting and run-through at the venue

• Management of the production schedule and timings

• On-the-day coordination

PARTIAL PLANNING
@ £500 inc. VAT per day
This service is perfect for those couples who are happy to manage some parts of the wedding but need support with others.  During our initial meeting we will discuss and discover what areas we can help with and can provide a bespoke package based on this, or work with your fixed budget.

During the planning process we manage the relevant suppliers (always negotiating the best deal on your behalf) and then pull everything together around 6-8 weeks, managing the production schedule, timings and on-the-day co-ordination.

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION + PRODUCTION SCHEDULE*
@ £1,750 inc. VAT
This service is ideal for couples who have handled the pre-planning but need someone to manage the wedding day itself.

Key tasks include:

• Creating and managing full wedding production schedule

• 1-hour Zoom call to discuss the wedding running order

• 1.5-hour in-person meeting and rehearsal at the venue (London-based)

• Onsite management from setup to de-rig, including supplier coordination

• Liaising with the venue manager and conducting initial venue inspection

• Overseeing lighting installation and furniture setup according to the agreed floor plan

• Acting as the main point of contact for all suppliers onsite

• Coordinating with the registrar for the ceremony

• Cueing walk-in/out music and managing microphones for readings

• Liaising with the caterer on food service and timings

• Overseeing band/DJ setup, soundcheck, and set times

• Conducting final venue inspection and handover

• Handling ad hoc requests throughout the day

*NB: As we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each year, this service is designed to complement our partial planning and floral design offerings. This ensures a seamless and cohesive experience, which is why it is not available as a standalone service.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES - WEDDING FLOWERS
In addition to our wedding planning service, we can also provide your wedding flowers. As a wedding florist, we will work closely with you to bring your floral vision to life. Flowers are an integral part of your wedding day and, as a wedding florist, it is our job to work with you to create stunning floral arrangements that are a true reflection of you as a couple. As a wedding florist, we will work with you every step of the way, from the initial design consultation right through to delivery and installation on your wedding day.
